The purpose of these general Terms and Conditions of Use (called « TCU » or « T & Cs« ) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of the utilization of the platform and services provided by Industries Solutions and to define the rules associated of the services provided to  » the User « .

These TCU are accessible on the platform, at the bottom of each page of the site, under the heading « TCU ». In order to cover a compliant communication for all potential users of the platform, these conditions are accessible in French and English.

Any registration or use of the site lead to acceptance without any reserve or restriction of these TCU by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T & Cs by checking the box preceding the following text: « I acknowledge having read and understood the T & Cs and I accept them ».

In case of non-acceptance of the T & Cs stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

www.industries-solutions.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T & Cs at any time.

The site www.industries-solutions.com allows the User free access to the following services:

– registration as a partner or customer (industrial company looking for purchasing / supply solutions)
– publication or receipt of calls for tenders
– the use of the different functions on the member’s area.

The website offers the following services:
– networking between professionals from the industrial sector, and assistance in the execution of contracts between these companies, in terms of technical clarifications, progress monitoring, and project management.

Industries Solutions ® is defined as an Industry Accelerator Platform

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do this, he must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the User member undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his marital status and contact details, in particular his email address.

To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his username and password that he himself defined when registering.

Any regularly registered Member User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on his personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of www.industries-solutions.com. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher to blame for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the option of contacting the site by e-mail at the publisher’s e-mail address provided in Article 1.

Article 3 : Collection of data

The site ensures to the User the collection and processing of personal information with respect for privacy in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms.

Industries Solutions has no control over the external webpages on which these links lead and can in no way be responsible for their content.

Article 8 : Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the French courts will be the only jurisdiction able to solve it.
